Bodywork based on the Grinberg Method® with Shely Fuchs-Ciceri – for more body awareness, less pain and new vitality. At my practice in Eisenstadt and worldwide via Zoom, in English and German.
We often hold on to what we know – and unconsciously develop patterns that cause pain or exhaustion. The Grinberg Method® starts exactly there. Perhaps you recognise yourself:
Acute and chronic complaints – for example head, back, hip, neck or joints – that accompany you in everyday life.
Constant strain, muscle tension and movement patterns that have become deeply ingrained.
Physical and emotional preparation for an upcoming procedure. Restricted movement, for example after joint surgery.
Inner restlessness, exhaustion and the feeling of never coming to rest – in your mind and in your body.
The wish to perceive yourself and your body more consciously and with greater subtlety again.
Ending habits that stand in your way – and choosing more freely how you want to be and move.
The Grinberg Method® is a teaching method that works through the body. In a session I combine touch with breathing, movement, instructions and descriptions – individually tailored to you.
This makes attention to the body possible: sensations that were previously imperceptible can now be noticed and allowed. That is where real change begins.
More about the Grinberg Method® →With acute and chronic complaints we create the best conditions for the body's natural healing: feeling fear and letting it flow, stopping reactions to pain, becoming quiet in the mind. Alongside medical treatment, this can support the recovery process.
When personal development is the focus, the method connects your past experiences with your present and your wishes for the future. The goal: better health and more personal freedom – to be able to choose how you want to be in any situation.
We clarify what brings you to me and which goal you want to reach.
Through touch, breathing and movement you begin to feel which patterns your body holds.
In one-hour individual sessions you learn step by step to let go and to choose something new.
You take body attention with you into everyday life and can influence things yourself.
I prefer to work with you in person at my practice in Eisenstadt. If the journey is too far or it makes your everyday life easier, I also offer sessions online via Zoom – worldwide, in English and German.
This way we can work on your topic together, wherever you are. All you need is a quiet corner, a stable internet connection and some time for yourself.
“Whatever your topic – the Grinberg Method® invites you to end habits that stand in the way of fulfilling your wishes.”
After several major hip operations I struggled with considerable physical and psychological complaints. Searching for a new direction, I came across the Grinberg Method® – I had my first session with the founder Avi Grinberg himself, who to this day, together with co-founder Ruth Elkana, remains my teacher.
The results were overwhelming: my gait improved immediately, my pain dissolved, and I gained a completely new perception of my body. Today I am a certified practitioner – additionally trained as a Stopping Movement trainer.
With full dedication I now accompany people in understanding their own patterns and taking influence through the body – for more joy in the everyday things of life.
I learned how everyday stress manifests itself not only in my thoughts, but also how it affects my body and causes damage. I can handle my energies much better now and use them as strength. My headaches are gone.
My practice is centrally located in Eisenstadt and easy to reach from all of Burgenland, Vienna and Lower Austria. All sessions are alternatively available online via Zoom – so I can accompany you worldwide, in English and German.
